Welcome to Stack Team App for the 2025-26 season. This will be our sole method of group communication with all of you regarding SWSC Alpine. Please browse the app for current information. Weekly updates for the whole team or for specific groups will always be pushed out as notifications. We will generally not push notifications when we post new events, resources, and the like.

A few important notes about the app are below; please review them carefully as they address the questions we commonly receive about team communications. Separate posts and all calendar entries detail how calendars are handled in Team App.

1. Please take steps to ensure that your contact information in the app reflects the best way to reach you on the weekend and holidays as Team App is our primarily means for reaching you in an emergency.

2. You can control whether you receive regular Team App updates as notifications on your device or as emails:

- Open the app on mobile or go to to https://swscalpine.teamapp.com
- Click on the gear icon
- Select ‘Notifications’. If you choose ‘disable’ this will cue the app to send your updates to your email address rather than show them as notifications on your device. There is currently no way to select both options but I have submitted a feature request to have that capability added.

3. We are also aware that some email addresses resist editing in the app (particularly Apple private relay addresses). If you need to change your email address and are having trouble doing so in the mobile app, please follow these directions:

- Go to https://swscalpine.teamapp.com
- In the top blue navigation bar click on the person icon with the small downward arrow next to it and select ‘Edit Account’
- Change your email address, after which you will most likely need to confirm that change by checking your email for a confirmation message.

4. We will leave commenting on for most posts in Team App, and this is generally a good way to ask a questions or leave comments about a specific event. To reply to direct communications from SWSC Alpine head coaches please use the Team App comment feature.
